At Insight Counseling Center, we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our clinicians recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling, and we aim to facilitate healing in our clients, no matter what kinds of challenges and setbacks they face.

We work with adults and children alike, and we treat mental health challenges across the spectrum. Whether you or your child are struggling with depression, anxiety, or unresolved trauma, we can offer you effective and empathetic support. Many of our clinicians have ample experience working with teens, and children as young as three, and all of our child therapists are trained in play therapy.

In addition, we counsel couples with a wide range of relationship issues and can aid individuals grappling with life transitions, such as grief and loss, career changes, or matters of identity.

The majority of our approaches are trauma-informed, meaning that we are able to gently target distressing memories that are stored in the body so that healing and transformation can take place.

Our Approach

Our clinicians specialize in a number of therapeutic methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), play and sand tray therapies, behavioral techniques (including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy—or CBT), body-based therapies, and other holistic approaches. As you work with us, you can develop essential mindfulness skills that will help you to cope with distress and reduce the symptoms that are impacting your everyday life.

We also offer online therapy so that mental healthcare can be easily accessible to all. And for clients who have scheduling limitations due to work, school, or family obligations, we have clinicians on our team that can be available for evening or weekend appointments.
