My name is Kendra, and I was born and raised in Odessa. Throughout all my years living here, working in the community and traveling, I have noticed that human beings are unique and move through the world in their own way. I have also realized that, for some, there may come a time when moving though the world with patterns that previously kept them safe is not working anymore. Or, maybe life gets overwhelming and it’s challenging for the nervous system to keep up. With this in mind, I believe that clients may benefit from a whole-body wellness perspective, taking into account emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects that make up each individual.
In session I use whole-body wellness awareness approaches that help you get to know your nervous system and neurobiology, along with eclectic therapeutic approaches. My goal with clients is to work as a team, give space to help you feel seen, heard, and valued, and assure that you are receiving the most effective services possible.
