I work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflict, anger, addiction, and communication difficulties. As a Gottman Trained Marriage Therapist I help couples develop healthy communication and learn to develop conflict resolution. Trained in EMDR I help individuals heal from trauma and couples from the trauma of infidelities.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and a personalized blend of evidence-based techniques that can help you develop strategies, skills, and insight to achieve wellness and balance in your life. I am multicultural trained and work with individuals from all walks of life.
